"Fabulous service, comfort and location."
The Waldorf Astoria Chicago treats guests better than any hotel I've visited. The service and comfort is the best you can get in Chicago. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful for sleeping and we even unrolled the sheets to see make and model so we can buy this bed for our home.

Raffaello Hotel

201 E Delaware Pl, Chicago - Map

"Fantastic location"
The Raffaello is situated a short 3 minute walk to both the Magnificent Mile and the lake front. It was also conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from the CTA Chicago/State subway station, which was ideal as we come direct from Midway airport. The hotel itself had just enough character to make it interesting, and our kitchenette room was sufficiently spacious for our five day stay. It should be noted that the kitchenette does not come equipped, so come prepared with a knife, spoon, bowel, and any odds and ends you may need. The only issue in terms of comfort was the soggy bed. We prefer a firm mattress and the mattress in our room was definitely was not firm - but we survived.

"Small, but didn't need a big room"
Hotel Felix provided the perfect place for us to stay while in Chicago. The location was convenient, the room was small, but we didn't need a large room. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Only inconvenience was the road work in front of the hotel. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

"Fantastic location, all the basics w/ a low price"
This place was weird but awesome. Just a warning, the hallway kind of look like the place from The Shining but it was decorated the best it could be to make it cute and homey! There is a community kitchen with a fridge, dish washer, stove, sink, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, and tea/sugar provided. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was great, and there was adjustable climate control. My room was advertised as "room with a view" but that was at the very least an over exaggeration. Also there was a door to the outside fire escape in my room, which kind of worried us for safety. All in all, the price for the location was INCREDIBLE and the hotel, although odd, was fun and covered the basics.
