"A beautiful slice of local Chicago"
This place was awesome! The style was modern and the hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was super accommodating and always very friendly. It was an amazing chance to stay inside the city at a local hotel instead of a chain. The room was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but to be inside the city, it's no surprise space was tight. However, for just two people people the one queen bed and provided space was all we needed. The only major thing we weren't a fan of was the sliding door to the bathroom; it felt a bit awkward and out of place as it covered the main light switch to the room and it wasn't totally private. There are rooms that can be selected "with a view" and even though we didn't we still enjoyed a pretty sweet view of the city below. Valet parking was a GREAT convenience.

I live in the suburbs and came downtown to spend a weekend with an out of town friend. The location of this hotel was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The staff was extremely helpful, the property is very well kept and decor is lovely. Not too big but very nice, cozy lobby. I would definitely stay there again.

"A very nice overnight stay."
The lobby is small, simple and unpretentious. The staff member who checked us in was very professional and polite. He made an excellent restaurant recommendation and was helpful in making a reservation for my wife and I. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We received tokens for free drinks at the bar which also had a nice antipasto spread. In the morning, it was a nice option, having breakfast in bed. We had a very pleasant stay, and would gladly choose to stay in the hotel again, and would recommend it to friends.
