"They make you seem like they giving you 25 per day if you dine in hotel but Actually you pay for the dinning. they just waive the 25 resort fee if you purchase something, but you are paying the full amount for food and drinks.and tax So I would have just paid the 50 for 2 days and not had the extra food and drink money on my bill. "I love the convenience of the location of this property to Michigan Ave. and the museums. The quality of the room could be improved. The toilet paper quality is terrible, the quality of the towels and bed linens are three star rated...and should be upgraded! Don't like that there is no carpeting in the hallways. It makes a noisy atmosphere. I asked for bottled water in my room and had to repeatedly ask for it every day....I stayed for a week! I should not have had to keep asking."
