We very much liked the hotel location for the Magnifcent Mile, restaurants, museums, the river and shopping. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. As of March 2023, there is building construction daily across the street which is noisy early. The hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast. We'd return here.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here! We literally walked everywhere, the only time we got an Uber was because of how cold it was lol! I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.
