Excellent location! Well maintained, clean, quiet, beautiful views of the lake and downtown. Best pillows/bed/sleep in a hotel in a long time. Good amenities on property as well as great location for both museums and shopping. Not a fan of the daily resort fee, as it forced us to spend more in the hotel or lose that money, but I don’t think that’s uncommon in many hotels these days. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel and location! Restaurants were good! But the unexpected 25 dollar a day fee that gets you free gifts ( they didn’t have any available any day we were there) they give you a credit of the 25 dollar so you spend 25 dollar bc everything cost way more than that. Basically just a way to make sure you spend your money there! The place was so packed I couldn’t get breakfast in the morning with my $25 dollar credit either. House keeping threw away my toiletry bag so I just went without instead of paying $20 dollars for dental floss. It’s $68 dollars a night to park your car in there garage, and there is no overnight street parking available, it’s like a monopoly! Also after I spent 280 dollars at the steakhouse I asked front desk if I could store my leftovers somewhere they said we could get you a refrigerator for your room but we don’t have any basically said go pound sand! So I had to throw out my 80 dollar ribeye! I mean you could really do better Sheraton all around just absolutely awful for the price I paid to be there! I normally stay in terrible hotels in the ghetto when traveling with zero services (not that I can’t afford a nice hotel) Sheraton just proved my point don’t waste your money here! It’s not worth it . Also room view was great but the room was something out the 90s very outdated. Sheraton, ball’s in your court, I think you owe me money back at this point!

Overall the hotel was ok. Check in too along time. The room linens were very basic. Not enough bedding for roll out beds. Not enough towels in rooms. No towels in pool areas. Bell men and concierge were WONDERFUL! They were the highlight and made our stay better.

We just threw away everything because we didn’t want to get charged for a dirty fridge. A staff member was rude to my son about the free gift when we were told to ask about the free gifts. We only got one, which was fine. Everyone has bad days, maybe she was just having a bad day. Front desk employees, very nice and accommodating. I felt like they did a wonderful job for such a large establishment. Even though the room fridge was dirty, the room was clean and made nice every day. Thank you to the hard working people who made our stay enjoyable.

Booked at double bed room since that was the only room available through Expedia on a last minute trip. Upon check in was asked if we would prefer a King Bed and they were able to give me a another room with a king bed with an awesome view (corner room). Everything was so clean and I loved the elevator safety features. Needed to swipe your room key in the elevator to get up to your room. Definitely loved my stay and will be back.

Room wasn’t ready until 6pm and we had to change for our event in a bathroom off the lobby. No linens in the room for pull out couch and waited over 45 minutes after calling front desk multiple times. Every pillow in the room was flat and “down comforter” had no feathers in it. Only positive was location for us and definitely not worth almost $500/night.

Great place near shopping and Navy Pier. The facility was clean and what you would expect. A hot tub would be a great addition to the hotel. My family gif off the Amtrak train in the morning and checked for an early check in. To do an early check-in you have to pay $50. We opted not to pay for early check in but they do have a luggage closet to hold your bags until check-in if you arrive early and do not want to pay the early charge.
