Playa del Carmen spring break vacation deals

This is certainly a top end resort in the Riviera Maya. The first thing you will notice and continue to notice is the quality and service of the staff. Everyone at the resort basically makes you feel like a king or queen. We stayed in a Lagoon king suite which is surprisingly their bottom end suite, but it was pretty much the best suite we have ever stayed in. The property was very nice. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were beautiful. The shows at night were entertaining and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the week flew by.

This resort truly surprised us. First off I would like to say that we stayed at the Mi Hotelito room. I heard they have been the most recently renovated. It was a beautiful room that felt like a tropical getaway. The location was prime! That was our favorite part. We loved hanging out on our little patio and still received butler service there. The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves.

We were looking for a quiet family vacation and this resort was perfect. Would recommend this resort for families with older teens. The room was beautiful and the food was amazing.

This was our first ever experience in Mexico and we were blown away with the service level that seems to be the core culture at Grand Velas regardless of who you come across. Every single staff at Grand Velas make you feel like a royalty. You get treated with kids gloves every where you turn.

New hotel in a central location in Playa del Carmen. The property was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had a very contemporary design. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool was clean and quiet, and you can bring your own drinks and snacks.

The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurant and 5th avenue. It has a jungle vibe and you get to see animals visiting your balcony that you have not seen before. The staff are very attentive and welcoming.

It is a very beautiful place with a great atmosphere right by the beach. You feel like you are in Jungle as soon as you walk into the hotel. We stayed at a garden view bungalow. It was a good size and very private. I wish we could stay longer.

This is a very nice resort and possibly the best one I have stayed at in Mexico! I arrived on January 5th and stayed until the 19th. The entire trip including flights and transportation (Happy Shuttle) to and from the resort went very smooth without incident. Staff were first class and you're treated very well! We had a fantastic stay! It's a true oasis away from a very noisy street. They've done incredibly well in sound proofing with double sliding balcony doors cutting it out. The decor is beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, the staff were beyond helpful and kind. Only poor point was the very lacklustre included breakfast. This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

A beautiful and VERY clean hotel. The shuttle driver from Cancun Shuttle had a difficult time finding it when we were dropped off as it was late at night. We were greeted by the professional and friendly Fernanda. During our stay, Fernanda made sure we were having and exceptional time at the hotel and even offered to have the restaurants make special meals for my girlfriend who has multiple food allergies. Entertainment staff! Aaron and Zander truly made our trip amazing! Their friendliness and fun energy made our trip memorable.

We stayed here 6 nights. Very cute little spot. Close to everything without the street noise of the clubs. Very clean, lots of hot water, great water pressure and wifi worked amazingly. . Staff were wonderful to us. For other places I have stayed at this price this one was one of my favourites. :)
