Amazing resort! We stayed here for 4 nights and I wish we had booked for longer. We arrived a couple hours before check in time, but we were advised that our room was ready! Variety of dining options, a cafe and bars. Our favorite was Takeshi and Kopai. Lots of available sun chairs, compared to other all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at, no matter the time of day there was always a sun chair available. Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

We were looking for a quiet family vacation and this resort was perfect. Would recommend this resort for families with older teens. The room was beautiful and the food was amazing.

Stayed in this 2 month old beautiful property a day after the big storm. Unfortunately the front of the hotel was destroyed. The management had many workmen working multiple hours a day to restore it to its original state. When we walked, there was no other hotel with this amount of workers. Excellent service and amenities

This was our first ever experience in Mexico and we were blown away with the service level that seems to be the core culture at Grand Velas regardless of who you come across. Every single staff at Grand Velas make you feel like a royalty. You get treated with kids gloves every where you turn.

Food was good, clean place, good customer service. The only thing that we didn’t like is to pay every time to sit next to the pool. When we booked we chose all inclusive, but it didn’t seem like it because we have to pay everyday to join the seat on the pool

No other words than excellent. The staff extremely attentive, the rooms were super comfortable, the air conditioner was great, kept humidity out completely. Even though the rooms have carpet, the rooms (and the whole building) smell beautiful. My only negative was the bathroom counter space, there was nowhere to put our toiletries without cluttering the counter, it has double sink making it very limited on where you can put the toiletries for three people. We love this hotel. It is clean and the pool is also kept clean. It is very close to everything we need and want. Bars restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly breakfast is great.

My husband and I recently stayed at Viento Suites for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place to stay!
