Every worker was friendly worked hard! Worked hard even during the rain. The guys working to remove the sargassum worked so hard and did amazing job. Didn’t care for the food.

Everything was wonderful.

We stayed for 9 nights and there was not a day without some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The staff is very very polite and friendly, but they lack professionalism and training. Some servers in the restaurants don’t speak very good English, so that can be an area of improvement. The overall impression is that the whole operation is out of tune. Strong management and review of all aspects of operations is recommended. Alila is not on par with the rest of the Mayakoba hotels.

Place is amazing but Tulum is definately not what it used to be. Was a ghost town and town restaurants are a rip off

Excellent resort, great food, beach was beautiful and shows were good. We stayed an e tea night because we didn’t want to leave!

The staff is super friendly and want to make stay special. Pools are nice, beaches are destroyed by seaweed. No activities after about 9pm/10pm. Food was just ok, not a great resort for someone with food allergies.

My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.
