"We love everything about it but they were a bit stingy with ordering at their restaurant. It’s supposed to be all inclusive but gave us words when we ordered extra appetizers and a regular entree for our small child. If we are able to finish the food, there should be no questions asked. "

"This was our first time at the Zilara. We have stayed at the Ziva in Cabo, San Lucas and Cancun several times before, but this vacation was great! Everybody that works at this location is amazing, friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. The food is incredible and the service is wonderful in every capacity. My favorites of the hotel are the Zen spa, Sky Gym, Spice buffet , the beach is absolutely beautiful, walkable and perfect! The entertainment is amazing! Pepe is a gem of a human being! He teaches the most incredible classes at the gym on the Pilates reformer, and in the group fitness room. The cardio jump on trampolines was an incredible exercise. I give him 10 STARS for going above and beyond to help us all. He was patient, kind, professional and so awesome! He took our fitness to another level. The guest instructor, Lauren was an angel. Her positive energy and vibe is unmatched! I feel blessed to have experienced her classes everyday. Our concierge, Ana went above and beyond everyday and she definitely exceeded our expectations and always with a beautiful smile. The zen spa knocked it out of the park with massages and the water journey led by the spa valet, Rosy was a dream come true. Patty, Malu, Gladys and Elise were great. Marcelino , Julio , Luis and Diana at Asiana were excellent! That food was the BEST! We love the sushi , hibachi and pad thai is incredible. Thank you to Luis, Uriel, and everyone at the spice buffet for accommodating my food allergies. "

"Great for family get away. At first was thinking the property was a bit dated but then you see the massive complex with great pools, food and service. Warm towels when coming in lots of activities and a great karaoke room. Had a great time!"
