"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice as I’ve had long layovers in Mexico City on my way to South America. Trying to sleep in an airport is awful so having a hotel within the airport to stay in is a lifesaver especially with children. I also appreciate that they have day rates if you’d rather not want around the airport all day as well. The price is very reasonable. The staff is very professional. The amenities are a sweet bonus. basically my go to hotel whenever I’m stuck in the Mexico City airport for long layovers."

"We recently stayed at Haven Riviera Cancún and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Whether it was a friendly greeting, a perfectly timed cocktail, or the daily amenities delivered to our suite, the service was consistently top-tier and thoughtful. You could tell they genuinely cared about creating a relaxing and unforgettable experience. The resort itself is stunning — modern, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a peaceful adults-only getaway. Although it was seaweed season and the beach wasn't ideal for swimming during our visit, that didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. There was still plenty of space to relax and take in the ocean view. We would absolutely recommend Haven Riviera Cancún, especially if you’re looking for a high-end, relaxing, and service-focused resort. We’re already thinking about when we can come back — hopefully during a better beach season!"

"Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort! "
