"The hotel was ok. Location perfect. They didn't clean the room during our stay, only dropped off towels."

"Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming. We had one minor problem that was fixed right away and complimentary drink vouchers were given. Room remodels were very inviting. Rooms were very spacious. Location is great, next to casino and mall and walking distance to french quarter."

"Everything was wonderful except parking. I tried to park on my own using the app but it was down and no one seemed to know how to work it. We were forced to use valet which became a huge inconvenience. We had to wait minimum 20 minutes to retrieve the car even when we text 10 minutes in advance before heading to valet area."

"The breakfast buffet was the highlight! The towels were thin and rough. The only microwave was located on the 9th floor, which was very inconvenient because our room was located on the 26th floor. Considering the hotel's ambiance and pricing, that was a let down."
