Valet returned my rental car damaged to the front driver's side. Car was not damaged prior to handing my keys to front desk at The Bake Hotel. Checked in 3-13-23 and didn't move the car as everything was in walking distance. Checked out 3-15-23 around 6:15am, MOD (valet driver) was taking a long time retrieving car, when he drove up, I walked outside and he said car is damaged.
Valet (MOD) said Manger will look at video from parking, said fill in contact info on page and I said let's go inside. He said they would pay for damage (while we were standing at front counter around video recording)
Called both numbers listed on page from Valet driver/ MOD yesterday and no one is answering my calls, both Manager's numbers going to voicemail.
Did not receive deposit back from Enterprise when car was returned. Someone needs to contact me about this damage. Why should I have to pay for anything, I did not cause this damage.
Decided to celebrate birthday in New Orleans.
Travel from Georgia to NOLA was good, Hotel stay was wonderful, visit to NOLA was wonderful, staff was wonderful, received the car and Left NOLA disappointed.
