"Great facilities with awesome staff."
Arrived at the hotel a couple of hours early and expected to wait until check-in time. Instead, they made another room available so we could check in early and freshen up after our road trip. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. The were friendly and accommodating with anything we needed. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room was nicely furnished and felt like it belonged in the French Quarter. Down pillows and comforters were very comfortable. Bathroom was impeccable. The door to our little balcony was a little difficult to open, but it locked securely. The hotel had a nice little courtyard if you needed a little break from the busy quarter. The hotel itself was one block from Bourbon St and we walked everywhere.

"Added to the Experience"
Classic hotel that gave us the feel of historic New Orleans. Unlike staying at a sterile Hilton or Marriot that is pretty much the same thing in any city. Within walking distance of the French Quarter. So close to many restaurants, jazz clubs, and most everything in the heart of the city. Quiet and beautiful room. The staff was very friendly and most hospitable. Will definitely stay there again the next time we go.

"Excellent location!"
The hotel is located on surprisingly quiet street very close to Jackson Square. There's a nice court yard with a small pool. The hotel is in walking distance to almost all tourist destinations. Only one downside: some of the rooms have no windows! Remember to ask when you book a room! Expedia should definitely make that clear on the booking site! We were able to change our room due to availability and very helpful staff.

"Mini vacation in NOLA"
The Hotel was very close to Bourbon and Royal and a quick walk from Decatur. We had breakfast in the cafe our first day it was excellent. The staff was very friendly, as was nearly everyone we met in New Orleans. The quiet courtyard in the hotel bar turned out to be one of the most enchanting parts of a very a very enchanting city. Excellent value.

"Perfect location, quality, and staff"
From the moment we arrived the staff were polite and helpful. The attached bar Vive makes great drinks and there is a pool on the property which I enjoyed twice. While there is no lunch or dinner made on the property there are many restaurants less than a 1 minute walk and delivery is very easy. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms! My sister also stood at the hotel with us and the only complaint (she had a room with a balcony) was she could hear people in the street below. This hotel is very close to bourbon so you can walk to everything but at the same time avoid it if you wish. The amenities are unbeatable. Complementary breakfast (cold cereal, bagels, danish, eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, potatoes, juuce, fresh fruit, infused water), welcome drink, pool, gym.

February is one of the best times to visit the birth place of Mardi Gras, but plan your trip at the end of April to catch the world-famous New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. Any time of year is a great time to visit for a walking ghost tour, delectable Creole cuisine, and Bourbon Street’s vibrant nightlife.
