"good location"
good location, tolleys right outside hotel, Bourbon St is right there. staff very nice and helpful. room very clean. stayed her for 1 week and would go stay again. only downside was a rude bartender on Sat Aug 21st in the late afternoon. he had a lot of people at the bar and he was extremely overwhelmed..People ordered coffee and he acted like he had to go and pick the coffee beans himself-very huffy with customers. i ordered a drink and he said very rudely-I have never heard of that - he then walked away and started waiting on others. He never suggested another drink or if asked if i wanted another drink. During this time another bartender came in and heard the other bartender talking to me-he saw the bartender walk away from me-he was shocked himself. He did ask me if there was another drink i wanted.

"Perfect location in New Orleans!"
We choose to go to New Orleans for our honeymoon and after viewing several hotels, we crossed paths with this one and it was the best decision we made. When we showed up, the doorman Kenny was so welcoming and friendly. We appreciated that. We were upgraded from the Rock star room to the Apple King Suite and the room was amazingly cute and comfy. Perfect location from everything - we were able to walk pretty much anywhere with no problems - except for the zoo.

"Great historic New Orleans buidling!"
It's a very nice hotel! I really like that they kept all of the "bank" elements of it. The vault dining room is really neat! The front desk staff was great, especially Patrick and Earl. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The valets were great. We didn't have much interaction with any of the other staff of the hotel. The rooms were clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Could have just been me since no one else in our group complained! We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant once and it was just ok. There is a lot of street noise so if you can ask for a room on the top floor. There's still a lot of noise on the top floor but I'm sure it's much worse on the lower floors. The location was good. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go.

"Quaint & Cute!"
The hotel is newly renovated, quaint and cute. It is in a up & coming section of New Orleans, so when we first arrived it was a little questionable. The hotel itself is adorable. Check-in was easy & front of house staff was wonderful. The next morning, the maid began knocking on the door at 9 am (I couldn't find my do not disturb sign). She returned at 10:30 am and for sure was there at 11:15 am (check-out is at 11 am). I found this extremely annoying. We left my 11:30 am and may have been out on time, had our sleep not been interrupted by the on going knocks at the door. After the first come back later, rule of thumb.....later is after check. We were in town for a concert and was only there for the one night. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at 3-5 star hotels and never felt so rushed.

Any time of year is a great time to visit for a walking ghost tour, delectable Creole cuisine, and Bourbon Street’s vibrant nightlife.
