Lovely property with excellent views of the French Quarter. Buffet was delicious: made to order omelets, mimosas, fresh fruit. I loved the evening dining and bar atmosphere. Hotel rooms were very comfy and provide for a great nights sleep.

The location was perfect for our needs. Liked that it was right on the fringe of the French Quarter but was situated just far enough from the action. Beautiful lounge was bustling with people and music. Helpful concierge. Large room.

The property itself was very nice and the Heavenly Beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for a trip to NOLA. Close to everything and far enough from The French Quarter so that it wasn’t so crazy and loud. My sister and I were there for 4 nights. Unfortunately, on 2 out of the nights, we came back to our hotel room and there was a very large cockroach in our bathroom. The 2nd day there was a baby as well. We called the front desk and they had maintenance come up to our room to kill them. They offered to switch rooms after that 2nd incident, but at that point we were leaving the next morning. The rest of the property was very nice, and clean, but that situation is what caused me to leave a negative rating. I am a Bonvoy loyalty customer, and will continue to stay at their properties, but it’s worth noting because it was really gross.

Wonderful location. Enjoyed the room and the view of the river from the room. We had an issue with hot water for shower. In the morning we only had lukewarm water. Eventually got fixed but it took several tries to get someone’s attention
