Hotel was fantastic. Staff was amazing. Too many crimes right outside including a stabbing/murder. So sad to see the decline in safety in the French quarter. This hotel was a gem though. I loved the courtyard balcony room we had and the pool. I wish I could transport this hotel to a safer area or make the area safer and fun. Some of the party crowd was an absolute blast. Even the loud music was fun most the time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a perfect 4 night stay at this property. I particularly liked that it was located directly on Bourbon Street, yet once inside, it was a safe and quiet environment. Highly recommend this property!!!!

This property is right in the heart of the action, if you’re young and are there to party and have a good time, then stay in a balcony suite on Bourbon Street, however if you’re older and actually want to sleep at night make sure to book inside with a pool view balcony room!! The main reason for the low rating would be the cleanliness of the floors. We found them very sticky and rather disgusting when we entered the suite on the Bourbon Street side.

When asking for towels, they sent up bathmats; apparently per people out at the pool laughing the property doesn't have enough towels for the hotel rooms. Best bartender with Michael! Suggest getting mixed drink from him before going out onto Bourbon st.
