We was told we could check in at 3. Well we couldn’t and understand that. After telling the staff behind the desk we had a meeting at 5 we couldn’t miss. We went back to check in at 4. Still our room wasn’t available. After sitting and waiting for nearly 30 more minutes I went to the desk to ask if our room was available since everyone else coming in was getting checked in. Then I was told that they had checked my wife in. Which wasn’t true since my wife was with me. Then was told they checked someone into our room with the same last name as us. Which wasn’t true. Finally got that straightened out and checked in a room. Well the air condition was not working. While getting ready to be late to our meeting the maintenance guy knocked on our door. He let us know our room had been flagged previously as out of order because the AC was not working. So we had to move to another room. Finally everything in that room worked as it should, we missed our meeting and won’t be back. We did get $50 off our bill which covered the valet parking. Was told that was all they could do since we paid through Expedia. The valet parking was the only good thing with our stay.
