Property is very well maintained, clean and smells like nothing, no mold, no dirty carpet smell just nice and fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again. Also, the location is central to all the tourist areas.

My colleague and I booked this hotel for a business trip. We booked a double bed room. When we arrived we were told we had to share a king bed for the evening. We were given a tiny room. We eventually switched rooms to a double room for the remainder of our stay (which was a much better size). The second room had an odor of bad food to which the maid had to come and re-clean our room. In general this hotel lacked cleanliness, and the desk staff was not gracious about the room mix up.

Nice property and rooms were cool and a little old fashion, which I thought was cool. We stayed here twice. The first stay was 2 nights and no issues. The second stay was one night and the room (805) had a weird dip in the floor that made me uneasy...like the carpet was the only reason we didn't fall through, and we had no hot water for a few hours. Friendly staff at front desk, but the bar was disappointing and rude.

Enjoyed our stay at the International House. Staff were courteous and helpful. Always lovely cold water available and good, fresh coffee in the mornings. Very convenient location for getting around by foot or transport.

Staff not friendly at all! The room is very old without even a decent desk! No breakfast is served even in you want to pay! Everything in the room is very old! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my decision regarding this 4 star hotel.
