I stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was above expectations. The lobby was very inviting and the check-in process was simple. Osa at the front desk was very patient, informative, and courteous. She provided great hospitality on behalf of the hotel. The amenities were pristine and clean. The suite room with 2 king sized beds was great. The bathroom separates the 2 beds/2 TVs and there was a door for privacy. Room also had a small kitchen sink, small refrigerator, desk, and couch. The hotel was close enough to walk the French Quarter, Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde or walk to the Street Cars. Additionally, there were great dining options close by. I definitely recommend Deanie’s Seafood Restaurant and Ruby Slipper Restaurant……great food and great prices. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The staff from the valet to reception was absolutely phenomenal. I especially want to highlight KeTerra. She helped my son and I immensely. Her beautiful smile, patience and customer service were top tier! Our double king suite was wonderful. Nice finishes. The size was great. Very clean!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a Starbucks in the lobby which was definitely nice to wake up to. It was in a great location, a block from Bourbon and a block from canal, can't get better than than IMO.

The property being located right off bourbon street provides convenient walking access to everything but away enough from the loudness when it’s time to turn in for the night. Only thing that would have made this place better is if they offered continental breakfast
