We had a great stay, the first room we had the air conditioner didn’t work but they got us another trim quickly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the ability to walk 10-15 min walk to French quarter. It was a great place to stay at a good price to enjoy seeing all of New Orleans. Very close to the WW2 museum. Highly recommend.

The experiece and staff was amazing. The parkind situation was a bit foolish. Thankfully, we utilized the 7pm-7am free street parking. The valet staff informed us. They were so kind and helpful. My family will be returning on our next visit. 7 to 10 min from the heart of Bourbon St.and French Quarters. Breakfast was anazing and ambiance.

It has been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back. That is far too long to keep someone’s funds in limbo when I was told by the front desk agent that it would be only a 24-48 hour hold!

The property was average at best. It definitely needs updating and a deep cleaning. The room was “ok” but had a wet mildew smell. I alerted the front desk they did send housekeeping the next morning. It didn’t really make a difference. I traveled during peak tourist season so the hotel was fully booked, meaning the pool and recreational areas were overcrowded. The free breakfast was a 3 out of 10. There is no parking available nearby and it $40 a day for hotel parking.

The manager and the rest of the staff were unhelpful. This is my third time staying at Sonesta, but this time around, the service was terrible. The check-in process was prolonged, and the valet service was also slow. I waited almost an hour for the valet service.

Fantastic! Will definitely stay here again. My only gripes are that the pool closes too early and our shower curtain was too short. Comfy rooms, plenty of space, short walk to public transportation, good breakfast!
