The property is advertised online and via Expedia as having parking. I was charged, and paid in advance, for parking. Yet upon returning Saturday night I was turned away by a security guard waving his hands and blocking entry to the parking lot. He said they were "full" and I had to find a place to park on the street, in the pouring rain. Upon inquiry, the rude woman working the front desk said it was "first come, first served" and she would refund my parking fee. She did not refund anything and I still have the charge on my card. I have attempted to enlist the help of Expedia but it has turned a cold shoulder and a cold heart to helping those who stay at places that clearly pay it for advertising. The entire situation is a disgrace. I will certainly never stay at Le Richelieu again and won't be using Expedia, either.
