"Room was clean, but looked a bit dated (the carpet could use a refresh imo) but I think that’s the idea of this hotel, it’s historic etc. We stayed just one night due to cancelled flight and while walking around the French Quarter my 12 y/o daughter thought the hotel looked cool and suggested we stay there for the night. Only there one night, I didn’t know about or take advantage of any amenities expect the restaurant in the hotel. My daughter enjoyed her food. Front desk staff were courteous and professional."

"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "

"Room was clean, I liked that the housekeeping services texted us about our room cleaning and we were able to let them know when we were out and about so they could get in. Staff was friendly, great location! Great coffee service in the lobby every morning!"

"This was the second time we have stayed at the Omni for the French Quarter Festival. The location is perfect. The new bar and club are great! Our room could use updating but was comfortable."

"Good location, our room was super dark and just had 2 small windows along the wall. Every sound could be heard. The bathroom door was weird 2 part sliding glass door that still left gaps that you could see in. The shower floor was sloped in the wrong direction and didn’t drain. Staff was friendly and helpful. The photos look nice but in person it’s not as much so. Better than some hotels but not quite what we had expected."
