"Room was clean, shower a tad outdated. The staff was very friendly anytime I spoke with them, from the front desk to the housekeeper. I decided not to do the buffet breakfast ($22 for adults, $15 for kids), but my 6 year old and I went to PJs right next to the hotel. Went for the Aquarium and we walked (6 min). Also went to eat at a few places (all 5-7 min walks). My old issue was at checkout: I walked up to valet and gave the guy my ticket. He said it was ready and someone would come to move the parked valet vehicle in front of mine. I sat in my vehicle for 10 min waiting. I walked back up there and the guy was gone. I got the attention of another valet guy, told him I had been waiting and he apologized and immediately moved the vehicle. He got the tip! Besides that one situation everything was great and I would stay again."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was definitely in a prime location very close to Bourbon Street and all of some amazing restaurants. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator. Other than that this day was amazing."

"The stand out for your property is ‘Roy’ your Concierge. His knowledge was second to none - thankyou Roy However Front of building Valet Parking was deplorable Your app did not work Messages sent not answered Most of the time their desk outside was unmanned Also their phone number when rang was disconnected Your hotel asthetic is beautiful especially the pool area However our room was underwhelming and our grey couch did not live up to the hotel aesthetic Staff at reception were not particularly interested in anything we had to say perhaps going back to basics on guest relations would benefit Room service for a snack is expected from a hotel of your level Decor in reception area was exceptional Location was perfect in the French Quarter"
