He provided lots of information and his place was less than 10 minutes walking distance to Bourbon street and maybe 20 minutes to the waterfront His apartment was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 »

« The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. »

« Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with...

« It was very clean, the linens were SPARSE!! No dishtowel, 2 washcloths, 3 towels for 3 people. The email about checkout going to charge for an extra night if not vacated by 10 am seemed harsh and greedy, especially after the cheapness of the less than 1 facecloth per guest and no conditioner. The hardwood floors have a few large holes that could be dangerous. I'd bring my own toiletries and stay again, realizing you cannot use the bathtub and need to bring your own facecloths, no handtowels...

« We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room. »

« First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back. »

« The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house. »
