There were literally 8 garbage carts on the curb lawn in front of the house, some of them really smelly. There was also flood debris that still wasn't picked up. The layout of the apartment was such that the only way to access the second bedroom was by walking thru the first. So the apartment with the queen bed had no privacy. The lighting in the kitchen was so poor, it wasn't possible to cook after dark. The hall light bulb was out, and the rear entry door knob fell off in my hand. The landscaping in the front and back yard consisted in 2" gravel.
