"Nice hotel, excellent location"
The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter, and yet it is quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable but could be cleaner.

Hotel Monteleone, New Orleans

214 Royal Street, New Orleans - Map
"Beautiful hotel, great location"
This is an older hotel, the room was pretty small, the bathroom even smaller. Our room was on the alley and it was incredibly loud so bring ear plugs if you are not a heavy sleeper. There are some signs of wear and tear that should be expected with an older hotel. The water pressure is awesome, there are a couple of nice bars in the hotel and a roof top bar. It took awhile to be waited on in both bars, but they were very busy. Overall it is a beautiful, historic hotel with lots of charm in a great location. The staff was typically available and not overly oppressive. Nice stay in a great town.

We loved our visit to New Orleans. Hotel St. Helene was very comfortable and nicely situated in the French Quarter so we could walk to everything. We had a balcony which was nice. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed. Will stay there again!

Dauphine Orleans Hotel - New Orleans Hotels
Rating: 3.5 Stars

Dauphine Orleans Hotel

415 Dauphine St., New Orleans - Map
"The location is the best part of hotel"
It's close enough to the action of bourbon street but away from the noise. I think I got the worst room which had a tiny window and a lightbulb was out making it very dark. It also had cracks and stains. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was meh. Decor is a step above a La Quinta. Lots of pluses and minuses. biggest plus: It's within 10 min of everything

Inn on St. Peter - New Orleans Hotels
Rating: 3.0 Stars

Inn on St. Peter

1005 Saint Peter St, New Orleans - Map
"Quaint,quiet, hotel. close to all"
The staff at Inn on St Peter is great. They were always friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but rustic. We really only had two issues with this hotel, one the fact there wasnt a microwave or mini refrigerator in the room (really helpful for dietary issues), and two, the maids never seem to clean behind the nightstands. I accidentally dropped my phone off the stand and when I went to get it there were old bags of chips and other wrappers from lord knows when. Other than those two issues we loved the Inn.

Omni Royal Orleans Hotel

621 Saint Louis St, New Orleans - Map
"Pretty, Clean, Good Location, Tiny Rooms"
The hotel is a beautiful New Orleans style hotel in a phenomenal location close to Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, French Market and all the French Quarter has to offer. However, the standard rooms must be the tiniest rooms I have ever seen.

"Lovely, Friendly and Convenient"
Beautiful, high-ceilinged room with period decor. Lovely courtyard with a pool. Nice continental breakfast. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. One caution - they have some standard rooms with no windows so be sure to specify if it matters to you.
