"Great place in a great location! The rooms were nice and staff friendly but you do have to take two separate elevators to get into the hotel and then to the rooms which was a bit funky. Also the breakfast/room service was expensive. Overall good stay!"

"The hotel is a gem in the middle of the French Quarter. It has a combination of classic elegance and modern conveniences that hit you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights."

"Room was moderately clean. Floor was so uneven that you were walking down hill when you left the bed. Very noisy. Slow elevators. Key didn’t work when we arrived. "

"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at the Omni for the French Quarter Festival. The location is perfect. The new bar and club are great! Our room could use updating but was comfortable."
