The check in lady Patricia was amazing! She gave us a bubble party at check in. We were able to check in early at no extra charge. And the parking attendants were all lovely and unloaded our cars & took our stuff to our rooms for us. He even called the taxi for us when we needed to go back to the airport.

It was quiet for the location, which was perfect for us. Not as busy as Bourbon St. but still close to all the fun and in a beautiful historic building. We would stay here again!

Once inside the property it was awesome for a 170 year old building. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. On the outside its another story… We almost stepped on the man laying in front of the main injured store area. If you don’t drink, you’re probably going to hate it anytime after 7 o’clock. All of the roads are poorly taken care of and I’ve tripped multiple times while I was there.

Located one block from Jackson Square, this property was perfect for us. The staff were accommodating and helpful. While there is no restaurant on the property there are many within a block. The pool was perfect for our grandson. We will definitely stay there again.

Will definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and enjoyed the history of the location. We were right next to Jackson square which is nice because it’s a quieter area in the French quarter.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was close to everything but also just far away from all the noise. All the staff that helped us were great and so pleasant to talk with. There is a lot of history in this town and this property. The courtyard was very nice to chill at and the pool was nice and cool. 10/10

I'm pretty bummed with this hotel: the bed and pillows are awful - bed sags a lot and pillows are tall and hard. Also, the carpet was sticky and gross and we paid for a window room but when we got there it was a room tucked in the very corner of the property that looked at the elevator doors. Our reservation was over $200 more than even some 4-star places but thought it was a nice place so took a chance. I feel really disappointed and misled. Valet guys are pretty grumpy too but front desk was friendly.

The staff was excellent and all very friendly. Great location within walking distance to many French Quarter attractions and very quiet for the location. Charming hotel with lots of character. The shaded pool was great for a mid-day cool off.
