Hotel was old, lovely and quaint. However, there were no tea or coffee making facilities available and no room service. Having said that, I would overlook these facts and stay there again. Great position and very pretty.

    "Convenient, but dated hotel"
The hotel was located in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. The location is across the street from the River Center and USS Kidd. It is a walk from the State Capitol. The lobby is up to date and the staff were friendly. There is a casino and restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms were dated but spacious. My room had a nice view of downtown Baton Rouge. The bathroom however was disappointing to say the least. It was so small that only one person could be in there at a time. It was very dated. Also, the area is a little noisy at night. Railroad tracks are next to the hotel and if a train is running at night it will wake you. The hotel rooms are in need of a major facelift.
