« Very nice and clean Duplex. The place has everything you need to cook meals. The neighborhood is good and felt safe. Not central, but out of the very busy areas of New Orleans. It took us 15 minutes by car to go to the touristic places. No communication issues, easy parking in front of the house for our car. Would rent again without hesitation. »

"Vu le prix, je m’attendais à mieux. Le service est minimum, par exemple on avait droit qu’à deux bouteilles d’eau de 50 cl par jour, alors que nous étions trois… Il a fallu payer une bouteille supplémentaire trois dollars au lobby. Le personnel était sympathique pour la plupart. Les chambres qui donnent sur Bourbon Street, comme c’était le cas pour nous subissent le bruit de la fête, heureusement qu’il y avait des boules Quies."

"Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 4\*. Certes l’hôtel est très bien placé, on peut difficilement mieux faire. Mais cet hôtel présente plusieurs défauts majeurs: une partie des employés n’est vraiment mais alors vraiment pas aimable du tout (une autre l’est heureusement): notamment quand on veut récupérer notre voiture ou la remettre au voiturier, l’acceuil a été horrible (pas ceux qui nous amènent la voiture mais ceux responsables de la gestion des voituriers le matin). Au prix du service en plus (sans compter qu’il faut attendre 20 min pour récupérer sa voiture. Si on anticipe et qu’on donne un horaire: si la voiture arrive avant et que nous ne sommes pas là on se fait très très mal recevoir: enfin c’est encore pire que les autres fois) …. De plus cet hôtel ne propose aucun service (pas de guest laundry, pas de cafés ou d’eau à disposition, seule une petite bouteille d’eau nous attendait dans notre chambre à l’arrivée, alors que nous étions 4). La literie est vraiment très mauvaise: mal de dos garanti. Autre point: la troisième nuit nous n’avons quasiment pas pu dormir car des événements privés peuvent être organisés dans l’hôtel (tout près des chambres): nous avons eu droit à de la musique et aux personnes qui chantent une grande partie de la nuit. Point positif: la piscine est très agréable mais quand on voit tous les clients boire de l’alcool dans la piscine on a toujours un petit doute sur l’hygiène…. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel donc. Dommage il est très bien placé. "

"Grand Hotel avec concerts de jazz situé sur Bourbon street mais ma chambre était silecieuse, loin du bruit (étourdissant) de Bourbon street. Piscine et bar au milieu du bâtiment, au calme, propre, très bien. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles parce qu'après avoir réservé et payé en ligne, on nous facture sur place en plus 25€ par nuit + taxes, en nous disant que 15€ sont en consommation gratuite aux bars ou au restaurant (sauf le jour du départ) et que 10€ nous seront remboursés à la fin du séjour. Ça sent un peu l'arnaque et c'est bien dommage car sinon l'hôtel est top."
