All the staff we extremely friendly and accommodating. doorman got us taxi, most asked if we need something, or how we were. walking distance to most everything. parking easy, but pricey. does allow in and out valet services. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The interior is beautiful and grand. Our room had a jetted bathtub that soothed our muscles each night after a full day of walking around the French Quarter. The location was perfect as well, right within walking distance to so many points of interest, but just far enough away from Bourbon Street to be a quiet oasis. But the absolute best part of our stay was the service. The bellman, the gentleman who checked us in, the valets, and even the lady in the little cafe were all so kind and welcoming. They have truly mastered the art of hospitality and made us feel so special. We will definitely be staying again if we ever make it back to New Orleans.

The hotel was quiet, all the staff I encountered was friendly, the room was clean, and the location is convenient. I loved the rooftop deck and the pool area. My only complaint is very poor water pressure in the shower.

My alarm went off at 6am. I did not set that alarm. My neighbors and myself were in woke by it. When I went to shut it off a used condom fell from under it. I was shocked and dismayed. There were multiple condoms around the room some used and some not. It was off putting. I cleaned the room. Slept in the tub til check out. I love the people here but that was too much.

We had quite a few hiccups with house keeping throughout our entire stay. But Mike at the front desk heard my concerns and frustrations and went above and beyond to make it right. Would still stay here - just had an off weekend with housekeeping. Thank you, Mike for making it right!

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night of our trip. Other guest were loud coming in for the night around 2-4 am but that didn’t really bother me as I too was there for a good time! The location was great and close to all of the weekend fun. The bathroom is smaller but usable. Hotel deposits are $100 a night , I parked on the street which was free as I stayed Sunday night and street parking is free that day according to hotel reception (of course I was told to read all signs carefully and to secure my vehicle when parking.) All the staff were super friendly. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities but there is a pool and restaurant/bar located within the hotel. Over all I would recommend if you want to be in the heart of the French Quarter and you don’t have a car.

Fantastic property one block and a few moments walk from Bourbon Street. We stayed in a room facing the Courthouse and could barely hear any noise coming from outside. Rooftop pool was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets of New Orleans and refreshing after a busy day exploring. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

We reserved a room with a jetted tub which did not work. I spoke with serval front desk staff and all of them said they were going to make a note for the manager for discount and would callmeonceis was taking care of. That never have no call no discount Room was not cleaned very well and you are asked to opt out of service to help out. For the price of the room at least I could get working tub. Also the mini fridge did not get cold it was very hot and we couldn't even keep bottle water cold. Our take out spoiled in day because it was so warm. Just seems like they are aware that rooms are dirty and things don't work they just don't care. Of course New Orleans is great city with out of towers all the time, but we were there for an event that we have attended 6 years. We usually stay in Slidell, but thought let's try something more upscale this time. BIG MISTAKE! . I will continue to make my yearly trip to New Orleans but for sure I will be staying in Slidell at least I know they care and out for a money grab on dirty rooms with bathrooms that don't work and staff who mislead you. FYI I am a Director of Rooms at a great hotel so I know how things work and what should happen. Clearly Omni Royal doesn't.
