Overall, the stay was very nice. The hotel feels secluded when you are in it from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. You do feel safe while inside and around the hotel too. Rooms could use updating - there were some water spots on the ceiling and the carpet was lifted in some places but it was clean and spacious. For being so close to Bourbon St it was pretty quiet which was nice. It was within walking distance to the French Quarter while being right on the outskirts. Staff was friendly and informative and very helpful especially as we arrived earlier than when our room was ready.

The Dauphine is conveniently located in the French Quarter. We love this property as it is close to Bourbon St, Reasonably priced and its clean. We stayed in the Carriage House that is decorated in the “French Quarter” theme. The property is well secured and quiet. It’s a great place to stay!

Jessica at the front desk is amazing and so super friendly. She gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. You MUST eat the grilled oysters at Acme. The hotel itself could do with some renovations. However, it is close to everything, but just far enough so that we could sleep at night without hearing a lot of noise.
