I loved the Bourbon. Location is perfect and close to everything. Hotel is beautiful. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome. Very friendly and helpful.

The Bourbon Orleans is perfectly situated in the heart of the French quarter. It is a charming hotel with a long history of horror stories and ghosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, Bourbon Street, and Jackson Square. Most popular destinations within 15-20 minute walk. Standard King Room was small but immaculate. Although right off Bourbon street location was safe.

Thinking we were staying at a true 4-star hotel, this was going to be a luxury to cap off our vacation. We were wrong - do not waste your money. Bathroom was dirty and the shower gel and conditioner were out. Called front desk to report this and housekeeping never brought more. Also, no second roll of toilet paper. Room was large, but beds were uncomfortable, the closet door is off its track, there are grime marks on the doors around door knobs, and the sheet rock where the chair sits is marred by the back. Was so excited to stay here and it was a disaster.
