Front desk attendant, Tailor was GREAT, very friendly, and attentive. The other attendant, Christine, on checkout day, not so much. Had nasty attitude. The only issues were the tv kept going out due to wifi issues, and the shower head wouldnt stay up. Overall, I would recommend staying there. Thanks!

This is my go to hotel when I stay in New Orleans.It's a short walk to the Superdome.Bourbon St,Convention Center,& Riverwalk are only a 15-20min walk away.The breakfast is always filling,& the staff is always friendly..The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

No good customer service. Did not give me an option if I wanted to pay for parking or not and lied and said it was my security deposit. Was not clean had to change my room because the first room was nasty and the second room had to be re-cleaned. Everything was broken inside the room. Bathroom was molded. Never again

A lovely hotel which suited our needs perfectly, a 3 night stay with my wife & 21yr daughter. Easily within walking distance of the main attractions & transport links. Room was adequate with fridge, tv & safe. I would recommend this property.

The rooms look like mortal 6 & Horrible management!!! We booked the room through Expedia paid in full and when we arrived at the hotel they were saying we still had to pay extra fees of $200. We decided not to say and they are saying the room was non refundable even tho we were slapped with all kind of extra charges that we unaware of and didn’t want to pay. Horrible service!
