I really Liked the room, it was very spacious. Breakfast was great and staff was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the long wait for valet because of the construction in front of the building.

Reserved king suite, given two queen beds. Extremely noisy AC and bath fan. Stained sheets, no hand soap in bathroom, no paper towels in kitchen. Bathroom need remodel, stains and rot.

The property was decent, I liked the 3rd floor rooftop view and relaxing environment. The room was somewhat clean upon arrival. There was an awful smell coming from the back of the refrigerator and it kept me up at night. Also the Expedia booking was completely misleading. As we thought we booked a room with pull out couch but I was not. The walls were super thin and we could hear our neighbors entire conversation and sexual activity. Overall it was a ok stay but we probably wouldn’t stay again. It was super overpriced due to Mardi Gras but we were not comfortable with our room.
