Traveled to New Orleans with my three children for a vacation. We had a great stay, the staff was amazing-- very helpful and pleasant! Daily breakfast options were perfect for the kids. Convenient to transportation and walkable to plenty of restaurants/bars/shopping. Bourbon Street was a short walk from the property. Would definitely stay again.

for the price I paid which was $200 for two nights. I appreciate it this place so much. It included breakfast which was delicious but the only thing is the parking next to the hotel is a public parking which was $32 for 24 hours or so, and if it was with the hotel, it was $48 per day. We chose public parking but both were very expensive but it's OK. We don't regret anything because we had a good time microwave stuff. It has a fridge a big fridge and everything was nice.

We had a nice stay with no issues . Staff was very kind & hospitable. I loved that we had to use our room keys to get in & out & to use the elevator. That’s a great safety measure. Only thing I would say is I wish they had their own parking for free or a reasonable price & not just valet.

very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast good and a good selection. The suite was clean and well stocked, however i feel that as a suite either easy or arm chair would have been useful . Other wise you are either horizontal ( bed) or sat-up .at the table. Mini-Gym a nice touch ,clean and usable

Valet is horrible waited 40 minutes for car. Carpet in room was stained and the refrigerator was humming through the night. It was an event going on but that should never affect valet that much. One valet for 3 different hotels. Stayable but I wouldn’t go back
