This was an amazing hotel for our mother-daughter trip. Our party of 4 occupied 2 rooms for 4 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by Ross who was most welcoming. The short trip to the front desk brought us to one of the absolute highlights of our trip - Machiel. She welcomed us to our home away from home and immediately helped us to feel safe and cared for. Machiel was an absolute angel for us during this trip. She made amazing recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing. She even booked a couple of tours for us. She was a God-send for 4 women in a strange city. I cannot say enough great things about how every single member of the hotel staff treated us. From the front door, bar, restaurant, front desk, coffee shop & housekeeping we truly felt like each person cared about our experience. We truly felt at home. I highly recommend this hotel 10/10!!

A great place to stay while visiting NOLA. The hotel and staff are lovely. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easily walkable to the French Quarter. We ate at restaurant once and it was very good. The cafe is also very nice. Would stay again.

LOVED this place. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I went during Mardi Gras and the hotel was only a couple blocks off the Zulu parade route and Rex was practically out the front door. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough

Great location for getting around on foot to most attractions. Rooms were unique and large. Staff was great and very pleasant. Peacock room had great food and excellent bar selection. Would recommend!
