The condo was very nice, large and spacious. Had everything we needed. Would definitely choose this property in the future.

good

We were really pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool and view were awesome. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The maids and gardeners worked very hard to keep everything clean and beautiful. The property manager, Alfredo, was wonderful to deal with.

Sonia and Alberto are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming, very helpful calling taxis and shuttles, providing recommendations, etc. Breakfast was excellent and it was fun visiting with guests from around the world.

Room was very clean and staff courteous , breakfasts were good

After reading a few bad reviews I was a bit worried about the room conditions. But our room was great. AC worked really well and everything was clean and spotless. They are doing a lot of renovations and updating but you literally are never bothered by it. Staff are really great. And management takes guest safety very seriously. Zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour. We had an amazing time.

Fantastic resort with great amenities and wonderful staff

The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It matches with the description. But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. The good side is the AC, shower, laundry washer and dryer all works great. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for me, for the whole 15 days, and there is no cleaning for the whole duration of the booking, which matches with the...

Stayed as family in Jan 2025 (kids 6 & 9) in a premuim pool acces room. Had a fantastic time at this stylish well appointed luxury resort with lush well maintained grounds. Good ratio of capacity to resort size. Never felt crowded even though near full occupancy. Pools were always clean but hot tub wasn't always hot for some reason. Staff were plentiful, happy and helpful. Restaurant food quality and variety were excellent if pricey. Highly recommend including the amazing breakfest buffet in...

This is a beautiful property with an exceptional staff and owner. I stayed last year for 2 weeks and returned this year for 3 weeks - need I say more? It was like returning home to stay with family. Many, many thanks to the owner Dan, and staff Eduardo, Jolie and Daniel, for making my stay so special yet again. I hope to see you all again soon!

This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

Very central location. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Good price. Walk 2 blocks to Walmart and buy groceries, rather than eat out every meal.

Clean facilities. Relatively modern. Very friendly staff. Anyone complaining about bad service is the problem themselves. No it’s not a high end luxury hotel but everything is as it should be. Beaches are quite nice, they maintain fairly well. Ofcourse a few rocky sections but plenty of clean soft white sand through the 5 resort chain. The food is acceptable, the nicer a-la-carte restaurants are better, the buffets are nothing to write home about but totally fine. Lots of selection. Facilities...

It is a very beautiful place with a great atmosphere right by the beach. You feel like you are in Jungle as soon as you walk into the hotel. We stayed at a garden view bungalow. It was a good size and very private. I wish we could stay longer.
