"I love the pool area indoors. Sauna barely works. My first room had broken balcony door. I got moved. The next room had a heater that only worked if cranked up to 90. Tv audio on many channels was not in sync with picture. No hot water, warm. I ordered dinner and they failed to make an item. The fries were old and stale. I like the all night convenience shop. They have weekend buffets. Love the balcony. Close to Tims and hefty walk to Loblaws superstore. I do not have a car so no where to go."

"The hotel was easy to find and access all the venues we went to and return easily. The coffee in the room was dreadful and we are not fussy coffee drinkers. Options were not available that we could find easily without a car."
