Cozy hotel in the middle of all the action. Close to everything!
Friendly staff, when couldn't get TV working they gave us a room upgrade, clean, fresh, central
Beautiful classic boutique hotel in central Toronto.
The staff are lovely and the room very nice. The food in the bar/restaraunt is very good. A great location for walking around Toronto, and close to transit stops. My only issue was that I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Great reception and concierge, excellent private dining service.
Great and enthusiastic staff. Clean and serviceable room.

I very much enjoyed the free breakfast at Freshii. Only issue, we didn’t have temperature control panel on the wall to regulate heat on ...
The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They upgraded me to a suite and it was amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area.
