The hotel is in the downtown. It's close to subway. Expedia upgraded me to VIP+, so parking is free and allows late checkout. Breakfast is good. Coffee, cappuccino, tea, ice water are provided in the lobby. The room has laminate flooring, so there is no allergy issue here.
Hotel was amazing, from the extremely helpful concierge willing to go the extra mile, to the staff who greet you at every turn, sure to return!

We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel stay at Le Germain. All started with extremely friendly staff at the reception. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the modernness of the design was extremely appealing. The bed linens and bathroom towels were comfortable and plush. We will definitely ...

Not towards guest satisfaction, guests seem to be a burden for the staff. We got the 2 bedroom 2 bath room, which was good. Spacious. Cleanliness was ...
