"I had a great time at Chelsea’s. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and cleaned every day, central to everything for us tourist who enjoy walking, and many options for dining out. It was the perfect location for me and I would choose Chelsea again when visiting Toronto. Only blemish is not having the middle elevator working but overall a great experience"

"This hotel is very nice, with nice, friendly staff. But most of the elevators were out of service on our stay. It would be nice to have free parking. Plus, what’s with all the Mercedes Benz and Porsches parked out front? I don’t know if this was a trick to show that rich people stay there, but they can park in the lot with the rest of us poorer folk."

"Great spot to be close to the action but just far enough to not get the noise. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was a little sparse for the money and the beds should be replaced sooner then later. "

"I liked that the check-in and check-out were very easy and very fast. The staff that assisted me were very friendly. I rented a room with its own bathroom and everything was clean. I didn't like that the windows weren't noise-proof so I could hear the cars passing by on the street. But in any case I recommend it, it is very central and good price."

"The staff and service are excellent. They go above and beyond. The rooms are getting dated, however, and need an upgrade soon. No charging ports and the layout of the furniture is a little bizarre, but the room was clean and comfortable. This place is great value for the money in Niagara Falls."
