Rooms are clean, no issues during our stay. Room cleaning service was available daily, unless you opt not to have it on certain days of your stay. The surrounding was pretty quiet. Sleep was good. We had rooms with the kitchenette, and there where certain items provided which was nice. Overall a nice place to stay.

Even though the location is a very busy & noisy convergence of roads/highway the rooms were very quiet. I was surprised having stayed in lots of hotels/motels how peaceful & quiet it was. Usually in hotels there's a lot of banging doors but not the Visitors Inn. The parking lot situation was great too. Always a convenient parking space available as we were in & out a lot.

The Visitors Inn was in a great location and close to everything I needed to do in Hamilton. The property was easily accessible, safe, and quiet. All staff were amiable during check-in and check-out. The room was outstanding in terms of space and cleanliness. Additionally, available toiletries were excellent. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at Visitors Inn in Hamilton for three nights, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to highways that lead directly to Toronto and Niagara Falls in just about 5 minutes, making it a great base for exploring the region. There are multiple dining options nearby, so you're not limited to the hotel's restaurant, which adds a lot of flexibility for meals. Although the hotel has an indoor pool, we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay. Our room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing environment after long days of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. I would recommend Visitors Inn for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Hamilton, or if you intend to visit Toronto and/or Niagara Falls.

Stayed here while passing on our way through to Niagara. Property had ample parking. Front desk staff was very polite. Room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub was very clean and a great area to unwind. Was surprised at the restaurant on the property. The place was cozy and clean and the food we ordered was very delicious and our waitress was kind and attentive. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
