"The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find. I saw multiple cars turn in and do exactly what I did. I was confused as I turned into a Honda place and the driveway to the Holiday Inn wasn’t clearly marked. I thought that I was in the wrong place.

"All staffs are very welcoming and helpful. You can really feel that they are happy working together in fulfilling the best service they can give to their guests. Although one of the elevators wasn’t working that day when I stayed, it wasn’t a bother for me at all. It was only a small and temporary inconvenience which will not defeat the comfort and wonderful service that I got from the airport shuttle driver to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Will definitely come back."

"Staff were very friendly but rooms are very outdated, lock on patio door was broken and toilet kept running all night. Outside premises were very loud in the early morning. "
