"It was all as expected with the exception of having one shower for the entire floor. I wish I knew this in advance. I knew it was communal shower but not that it was actually only one. It is a bit noisy but not from the jazz music (which btw was really good) but from traffic and loud guests. Sonic insulation of windows and doors is not great. The mattress could do with a replacement. But everything else was great: very clean, close to downtown, practical amenities in the room, nice concierge...

"I am a big fan of Hyatt properties, so I was not surprised to find a high-quality hotel in all respects. My only negative is the small bar which on Toronto Blue Jays nights is a disaster. There was a wonderful bartender, and she must have been made of steel to serve the crowd that was watching the hockey game. The hotel might consider adding a person on game nights."

"Great check in and nicely updated room. Everything within walking distance, however we were switched from the Grand Georgian to Seasons Blue when we arrived, which was under renovations, so it was very dusty and smelled highly of paint in the lobby."
