Person checking us in was very kind, hotel room was quite spacious and nice and had a wonderful view, and the falls and tourist spots were steps away which was great. Coffee machine was very dusty inside. Overall great stay at this hotel!!

I stayed there with my young kids 7 & 10, and I loved the proximity of the hotel to a lot of attractions at Clifton, its practically a few steps from the sky wheel and speedway and we walked with ease to see the falls. Rooms were clean and well maintained and staff were friendly and very helpful when I needed tips as a guest… I liked that they had a pool where kids could swim up to 11 pm, they also have a hot tub. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and our stay was seamless! I would return!!!!

We enjoyed the pool area and all of the accessible features of the hotel, even though we aren’t disabled we appreciated the effort the hotel makes to accommodate those who do need those features. We were disappointed the hot tub was closed.

Everything about this property was perfect. The facility is very nice and at a great location in Niagara. My only complaint is the buffet offered is sub par. Lets have real eggs and a few more options. Otherwise, i would definitely stay again and again!

Great hotel and right beside my favourite restaurant from when I was a child. Super super close to Clifton which made life very easy while walking around all day. Hotel rooms were nice and comfy. Pool was decent , hot tub is pretty small and SUPER hot. Overall great stay.

The hotel was clean, the pool was open and very clean. Parking wasn't covered, however fair. ONLY disappointment feature is the TOWELS situation!! Why are they soo small, for my 3yr son it's perfect, however for myself and husband unacceptable. Thankfully we were about to get as many as we need from the pool area.
