The room and facilities were better than we expected. Everything was very clean and our room was extremely spacious. The breakfast was also better than most hotel breakfasts.

Entrance into the hotel is inconvenient and located directly at an intersection (vanier/Coventry) where you can only enter if yiu are travelling eastbound on Coventry. The driveway comes up quick. Exiting is even worse as you can only go one way and will have to pull a U-turn if yiu want to head back towards the highway. Parking is awful and gets busier as yiu get closer to the weekend and if yiu can’t find parking in the underground or alley way, yiu will be forced to walk over and park in a parking lot the hotel shares with the neighbouring Marriot.

The room was too warm for us,and the temp coulsnt be reduced. We were suggested to switch off the heating if we wanted the temp to be cooler
