Arrived three minutes before check in made us wait, got to the room it was SO DIRTY, then go and take a shower NO HOT WATER it wasn’t even lukewarm water it was cold water.

The hotel was very nice, I Love that the restaurant was attached I just feel the room was dated, many scuffs on the wall. Dark marks in the tile of the bathroom, mold looking. It should be complete white in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The room was awful, in serious need of updating and deep cleaning. When asked to supply bedding for the paid pull out, they brought sheets and no pillows. I shouldn't have had to ask. We needed to ask for extra bath stuff as not enough provided. The pool was out of towels. Screaming child on floor and stale smoke smell. Obviously previously a smoking floor as smoke detector was tarred brown. Just gross all around. Not what I have come to expect from sandman at all. When addressed at checkout they offered to reimburse the 20 for parking... do better. I want my expedia points back.

Nice clean spot for the night before our flight. Not really near anything and the only on-site restaurant is being renovated, but it did the job. Only real annoyance is that the key cards barely worked. We had 3 and sometimes you could get into your room with 2-3 swipes, sometimes 30. Always a gamble! Also I was a bit shocked by the $15/night parking fee for a place in the middle of nowhere. That was highly unusual.
