"Check in process is all kiosk based, plan to spend at least an hour checking in. Oh, and if you arrive earlier than 4pm, don't expect your room to be ready, and you'll wait at least another hour in the bell desk line to drop your bags. "This hotel was good all round. The only fault I could report on is that for us the mattress was a little hard. Also all the standard rooms have shower over a bath which makes it hard and difficult for elderly people to get over the side of the bath to have a shower. I know that there rooms available ..."
