The VIP benefit was 2 bottles of water and 2 small pieces of chocolate per stay per person. We stayed on the top floor. It was fairly quiet except the occasional doors closing noise. The room was clean with slightly aged furnishing. The front desk and cleaning staff were very polite and pleasant. For 3 days, breakfast was identical. The staff worked hard in keeping the food available and cleaning the tables.

This place was dirty and disgusting. The room was smelly, and the sheets were definitely not washed (I found hair). The floor was dirty too (no one vacuumed it, I found clipped nails on the floor ), and the toilet floor was sticky and dirty. Toilet sink was broken! The pool was super nasty (I bet the water was never changed in 10 years). Lastly, the restaurant manager was very rude and abusive of the restaurant workers. I choose this place based on their good reviews. Those reviews are definitely fake.

The room was great. The staff were super nice. Some neighbors in suites near me not courteous . Would talk on phone out side of room at night, let their kids run around late at night. Should advise customers to keep key cards away from cell phone as it demagnatizes it (i found this out the hard way) Overall good stay. I would stay again
