We were looking for a very relaxing vacation, not the busy and constant sounds of an all inclusive. Nerea was the most tranquil and beautiful place to stay. Amazing food beautifully prepared with the freshest ingredients. Lots of options close by to walk and find other restaurants as well.

Great small quiet boutique hotel away from the crowds. Great place to decompress for a week. Beautiful Cenote only steps from the hotel. Staff very friendly, and restaurant very good. Three other hotels within walking distance for some dining variety, beyond that you need to drive / cab into Tulum for more. Around 300 pesos each way. Need water shoes for swimming as lots of coral, not a sandy beach once you get in. Better beach in Tulum I heard, but didn't bother us. Lots of pelican...

I really liked the feeling of being away from people, we rented a car, took it into town which was like 12 minutes to tulum. We checked out cenotes everywhere and when we were tired felt so relaxed coming back to our hotel. The food is good at Alea and surrpunding restaurants i recommend trying them all ! Some.of the best tacos are in the middle of downtown go for a little walk its nice.

Did a lot of research before booking Mereva. For the price I couldn’t find another spot that was as nice. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I consider myself picky. We booked a king beachfront and originally I asked for ground level to walk our to the beach but we ended up with third floor and I’m very grateful we did. In the morning we woke up to the sun rising over the ocean and palm trees blowing in the wind. Our room was stocked with a mini nespresso, water, a few beer and pop every...

If you are looking for a quiet romantic place with an extraordinary ocean view in Tulum, Casa Cenote should be a top consideration for your options

Beautiful house and the cenote was incredible. The beds were okay, but small.

Lovely modern and esoteric boutique hotel, only 12 suites with fanatic design cues. We had the swim pool at front of our unit. Was nice to just chill and relax and take a dip. Breakfasts were amazing, the chiliquiles are a must have, and the restaurant view can't be beat. Location is a bit remote with not a lot in walking distance, but if you head left for 15 minutes, you'll come across a cool local area where families picnic and they sell cervesas and ceviche.

New and spacious 2 bedroom condo. Peaceful in the jungle with a beautiful huge pool. Staff was friendly and flexible. We really enjoyed our stay! The included access to cenotes and zipline and kyacking was fantastic.

Hotel is new and perfect. Far from the city, like oasis in the middle of desert. I pretty much liked that vibe to be far. Gladly we rented a car. We only signed for breakfast pack which was amazing. Coffee was really bad but that's in almost all Mexico. Everything else was very thoughtful. Didn't like the rule of not permitted walking barefoot in the dining area which is kinda stupid, because beach is 2 metres away and everyone there is barefoot. And also why would I not want to walk barefoot on...

Great resort for families and couples. There were 2 weddings that happened while we were there and it was super beautiful!! Food was a 6/10 however there was 1 restaurant that had 8/10 menu/food so we kind of stuck to sea side grill. Also, We upgraded to the preferred club and private pool. It was very quiet and nice!

the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.

excellent hosts. feels like you're at home. very cool people

Absolutely stunning grounds and decor. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are magical. Very intimate atmosphere

Bien situé. Des petits restaurants proches. Les chambres sont propres.

Beach and pools were the star here Staff was amazing Food and drinks were great quality for all inclusive I required gluten free and offered bread n pasta and even hamburger buns we will be back
