"Good stay overall. However, the “full clean” service could definitely be improved. The beds were always made, but when we requested the full cleaning service that was included with our stay, it didn’t feel like the room was actually cleaned thoroughly. My main recommendation would be to make sure that when guests request a “full clean,” the entire room is properly cleaned rather than just having the beds made and double check for that!"

"Great location, room was clean and gave the 4 of us enough space, loved the separate sitting area. Gentleman at front desk (sorry can’t remember his name), was exceptional! Anything we needed, he was always so helpful and friendly!!! Quick to give us suggestions in the area, and just any tips advice we asked for. We were heading out one night for dinner and he ran to the back and grabbed 2 umbrellas for us and said we will definitely need them, without us even asking for one. Such a kind and warm gentleman!!!"

"Incredible hotel. Sooo cute. Good breakfast for free. Uptown which is quieter than downtown esp if u come during busy season. Would def stay there again. Lobby is adorable. The back patio area is as cute as it looks in the pics. We never use hot tubs but used this 2 nights in a row. Easy straight walk to downtown hubbub and restaurants but quieter. 15 min walk? Also 2 min walk to roam 1 which goes to gondola. 10-15 walk to roam 9 to Johnston canyon. So super convenient."
