Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. It was quiet. The room (we had a King Suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Having a Chili's Restaurant in the hotel was very convenient as we ate there a couple of times. Would stay there again.

Plenty of parking space available. The room was clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided free Banff bus tickets. We also really enjoyed the nice hot tub and the on-site restaurant.

staff was kind and helpful. The pillows looked comfy but had very little cushion to them, the bed on one side was sunk in and no a/c. As we were barely in the room for the day I didn’t raise these issues with the front desk but for the extremely inflated price of the room I’d definitely look at other properties next time to find better value.

Great hotel stay. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Having restaurant on-site was helpful after late check-in. Staff was excellent. 15 minute walk to downtown with bus stop available in front of hotel. It should be noted that you do have to walk outside from elevator to room, so if it’s raining then you will get wet. Room and amenities were very good. View from room was partially blocked from hotel access the street.
