Lovely property and location. The top floor was very warm and the AC unfortunately could not be fixed. They gave us a fan to use. This was our only disappointment in an otherwise excellent stay and experience. VIP Expedia benefits should be easier to note and access.

Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Great location and amenities. Thoughtful pet welcome package. The water pressure was quite intense in bathroom - better to be strong than weak but could lead to overconsumption.

Vacation | Friends My best friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had such an amazing experience. Our room was lovely, with a balcony and mountain view. The service was amazing, housekeeping came up to multiple times a day and left the room spotless always making sure the beds were made and everything fully restocked, our favourite was kyoka she left special touches on the room and we loved coming in after she tidied up. The front desk was also helpful with any request and very polite, we never had a single issue. We ordered room service once, the food was brought quickly staff was great and food tasted and looked great. Hot tub and pool overlooking mountains and pool table nice added feature. I wish we could've stayed longer, would definitely recommend. I hope I can come back here again one day!

This hotel was the best by far hotel I have stayed in Canmore. Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and beautiful views throughout the area. Amenities was very convenient with amazing views. Well worth every penny.

The rooms are not big enough for a family of four and the air conditioning in the rooms were terrible. The Malcolm Hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The only thing good was the underground parking! For the cost of the rooms per night they should provide you with breakfast since there is a restaurant on the property!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. Easy to walk around to anywhere in town but we also had a vehicle for sightseeing and it was so easy to park it in the underground garage at the hotel. Staff were all so nice, the best views by far anywhere in Canmore and the pool and outdoor area is STUNNING. Housekeepers were amazing and so kind. 10/10 with everything! Will be returning for sure.
